California and Nevada Privacy Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) grants rights to California consumers regarding their personal information and imposes various requirements on certain businesses conducting business in California.  Currently, the CCPA does not apply to our business. If this changes in the future, we will update this section.

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: hello@getamber.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
